01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of bjl77 services — including live casino games, slots, bingo rooms, and deposit/withdrawal functions — you must register a bjl77 account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active bjl77 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (subject to issuing bank policies)

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your bjl77 account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

bjl77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

By participating in any game on bjl77, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bjl77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on bjl77 content;

11 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, or banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bjl77's liability for death or personal injury caused by bjl77's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The bjl77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bjl77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

12 Termination & Suspension

bjl77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• bjl77 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on your account;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• bjl77 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority;
• bjl77 determines, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Upon termination of your account for cause, bjl77 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your verified payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation.

You may close your bjl77 account at any time by contacting bjl77 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bjl77 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through bjl77's internal complaints procedure:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to bjl77 customer support via live chat or email. bjl77 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to bjl77's compliance team, who will review the matter and respond within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Referral: If the dispute remains unresolved following the internal process, you may refer the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bjl77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bjl77 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the bjl77 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the bjl77 platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
